The challenge
EverOps, like many service businesses, grew initially from their existing network, referrals and retaining and growing their existing customers. Before they could develop a sustainable marketing plan focused on earning new clients from different channels, EverOps needed to level up their messaging and positioning and then elevate their creative to match.
The solution
EverOps engaged in a full brand reboot. With the exception of the name, they evolved their target audience, uniqueness, value proposition and communication roadmap. This laid the foundation for both the complete visual identity overhaul and a new, custom marketing website. EverOps can now confidently approach new target accounts across a variety of new channels and stand out against their competition.
