McMillian & Associates provides tax credits such as training and R&D to many types of businesses. They were looking to improve their messaging, creative and consistency in market. This started with their website, which was in need of a refresh. It wasn’t providing them leads and needed new messaging and clear CTAs. They also had an underutilized list of strategic partners they needed to cultivate which was a significant business opportunity.

The solution

We started with the website, providing strong brand messaging and clear CTAs, driving new leads and conversations. The site included a new strategic partners landing page that allowed the McMillian & Associates team to communicate their value to their partners better. We then dove into a full marketing strategy and plan for them to cultivate both existing customers and strategic partners over the next 4 quarters. This new plan also gave them an arsenal of R&D ideas to tackle steadily over time. They are now consistently sharing content in market and can leverage their marketing to promote trust and credibility in tax credits and other McMillian & Associates’s services.
