They have credibility and expertise in their industry, but their outdated website and fragmented messaging didn’t reflect that. Their major differentiators weren’t clearly communicated, and their brand lacked a strong, cohesive identity to set them apart from competitors.
They had joined together with another brand in the industry but never took the time to set the foundation of their new, cohesive brand.
