The challenge
Founded in 1949, Yates is the largest independent agency in the Southeast, serving high-value clients in construction, commercial real estate, and professional liability. After some internal restructuring, they faced the challenge of modernizing their sales and marketing strategy to attract top talent, expand into neighboring states, and target the right clients. With all business coming from referrals previously, they needed a strategic shift to drive long-term growth and appeal to the next generation of producers.

The solution
We worked with the Yates leadership team to redefine their brand strategy, preserving their legacy while positioning them for future growth. This led to a refreshed visual identity featuring a shield logo in a strong green color, symbolizing protection and the bonds between Yates, their clients, and carrier partners.
With this new foundation, we launched a new, updated website that highlights Yates’ history, industry expertise, and team culture—helping to attract top talent and new business. The website shares their story with SEO-focused service pages and clear calls to action.
